Olympia man arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder, deputies say


A 32-yr-previous Olympia man has been arrested on suspicion of first-diploma homicide, in accordance with the Thurston County Sheriff’s Division.

The suspect is accused of capturing and killing Shaddie Graham, 32, of Spanaway on Sept. 29 on a wooded path close to Guerin Park. Graham was discovered lifeless at about four p.m. that day with gunshot wounds.

The Olympia man was recognized and booked into Thurston County Jail on Oct. 2 for a probation violation.

Upon investigation, the Sheriff’s Workplace discovered possible trigger to e-book the suspect Tuesday for first-diploma housebreaking, illegal possession of a firearm within the first diploma, trafficking stolen property within the first diploma and illegal possession of a managed substance with intent to ship.

The suspect was booked for first-diploma homicide Thursday, after ballistics outcomes returned from the Washington State Patrol’s crime lab confirmed particulars of the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing.
